Returns & Cancellation Policy

Upon ordering, please ensure that you understand the production & shipping times are subject to circumstances out of our control which can increase and decrease turn around times. Quality is never compromised and it is our no.1 goal to produce the highest quality components. 

Should you have an event that you would like to attend, we would recommend to only have these booked up and ready once you receive your items. All of our clients are important to us and we do not favour one over the other. Should you have additional requirements with your order, please let us know before ordering to ensure these can be met. 

 Custom Wheels

UK & International Customers

After 24hrs of your order being placed, materials are ordered and lathed specifically for your order. This means any cancelation for your order must be made within 24hrs of your payment being made. After this, it is too late to cancel your order as materials are already being produced specifically for your order.

All of our wheels are made to order and will be machined to the exact specifications you provide to us. No return or refund is possible on a set of wheels that have been built to the required specification. 

If there is a defect with the wheels or blemish in the finish, you must notify us immediately and we will repair / replace and follow the necessary procedure to correct. 

Do not fit the wheels to the vehicle or fit tyres until you have checked everything fits as you would expect and ensure you are completely satisfied with everything before fitting. 

Shipping can take up to 14 days worldwide. 

Lips / Barrels / Custom Parts

UK & International Customers

As each inner and outer wheel lip is custom machined in house on a per order basis we can not accept returns on any of these products. Please therefore double check the sizes you need before ordering. If you need assistance before ordering please check your existing inner and outer wheel lip measurements vs ours on our specification tab. If you are in any doubt whether or not our products fit your wheels, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can offer you some guidance. 

International Customers

There are strictly no international returns. We urge international customers to double check all measurements before an order is placed. If however your are in doubt, we are here to help you through your purchase. We also have handy guides which allow customers to measure their existing inner and outer wheel lips, as well as guides to measure bolt and nut assembly hardware.
